Shopping at the Hilton Store is quick and easy. Orders can be placed by selecting the item(s) you like, adding your quantity into the “QTY” box, and clicking the “Add to Cart” button.
Shipping Timeline
All orders will be processed and shipped within two business days of receipt.
Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please print out the Return and Exchange form that is located at the bottom of this page. Fill it out and include it with your return. Exchanges
